HOW TO MAKE HONEY GARLIC BEEF
HONEY GARLIC BEEF
Material:
- 2 large egg whites
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Steak 1 pound of choice *, cut into bit size pieces
- Oil for frying (such as grapes or rice bran)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- Toastedsesame seeds,if desired
- Slicedgreen onions,if desired
Step:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and corn until pale and light. Add chops and coat and let sit while you heat your oil.
- Puta coolingrackoverrimmedbaking sheetlined withpaper towels. An inch of oil at high temperatures, and heavy-bottom pot or skillet, medium-high heat until oil reaches 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Use a pair of chopsticks or tongs, carefully drop a piece of meat in hot oil, taking care not to the general public. Cook until golden and crispy, about 5-6 minutes, stirring if necessary. Drainsteakbitesin yourwarmshelfready inthe oven.
- In non-stick skillet, heat a touch of oil and cook the garlic over medium heat until slightly Golden but not browned, 1 to 2 minutes. Add honey and soy sauce and pepper. Turn the heat up to high until the mixture bubbles and thickens and soya honey caramel goodness becomes sticky.
- Toss the steak bites with dipping sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and scallions, if using. Enjoy with rice or cereals to choose.
Note:
I used Chuck, but feel free to use the pieces of meat. Don't Cook the
beef for a very long time, so it would be a good spanking or slide
options.
