HOW TO MAKE DASHI BUTTER BASTED STEAK
DASHI BUTTER BASTED STEAK
MATERIAL:
Marinade
• 1 tablespoon olive oil.
• Lemon juice 1/2
• 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon dashi powder
• Freshly ground pepper
• 1 liter wing steak "
To exit
• 2 teaspoons dashi powder
• 2 tablespoons butter, room temperature
• Oil pan
• Sliced green onions for garnish
• Mashed potatoes or rice as a side
STEP:
1. Whisk together the oil and lemon juice and powdered soy wedashi and a
generous amount of pepper in a shallow dish. Add steaks, and flip to
coat in marinade. You can also put them in a ziplock bag. Soak overnight if possible, or at least for 6 hours.
2. When ready to Cook, mix together the dashi powder and butter. Set aside.
3. Heat a cast iron skillet on high temperature. Add a touch of oil to the
Pan, spreading evenly. When you add a shiny and almost smoking and meat
and cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip and add dashi mix butter. Tilting of the
Commons (using an oven Mitt if necessary), Tablespoons butter melted
dashi scoop across the top of the steak, go down to medium heat if
necessary. After 2-3 minutes, remove the steak from the Pan and leave
the rest.
4. Slice on the diagonal, against the grain. Top with a generous amount of sliced onions on top of mashed bed (or rice!).
Note:
the winged Maul, but due to one of the best collections, probably took
the time to enforce them through a sieve – hand refinery is only potato
style sieve honest and fluffier, and smoother.
