HOW TO MAKE GREEK YOGURT PANCAKE
GREEK YOGURT PANCAKE
MATERIAL:
• 3.5 tablespoons flour
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon of yeast
• Pinch of salt
• 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
• 1 egg
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
• Oil or butter for pan
• Yogurt and pomegranate or sprinkles, if desired
This
Greek yogurt pancakes together in Flash and after thinning, little
density at the same time. You can also fill in and just a touch of
refreshing flavor to Greek yogurt. I like them without syrup, some with
extra yogurt and fruit on top, but if you want a sweet treat that
arrives, and maple syrup would be awesome.
STEP:
1. Whisk together flour, sugar, yeast and salt in a small bowl. Put in
another bowl of Greek yogurt and sprinkle with dry ingredients. Fold until just combined.
2. Lightly beat eggs and vanilla in a small bowl and add to the milk mixture. Use a spoon to fold until just combined.
3. Heat a non-stick pan on medium-low temperature. Brush a thin layer of
butter or oil to your pan. Drop mixture into the Pan (I use a measure 2
tablespoons) and cook until small bubbles form on the surface and at the
edges. Waffles should be golden. Flip and continue cooking for about 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown.
4. Top with yogurt and sprinkles, if desired. Enjoy the warmth!
