BOURBON PEACH JULEP FIZZ
Material:
Simple peach syrup
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 peach, sliced
BL julep
• 1 shot of your favorite Bourbon
• Peach spoon simple syrup
• Tonic
• Peach slices
• Mint
The next step:
• In a small sauce pan, combine sugar, water and sliced peaches. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer gently until the sugar dissolves and drink and be a little thick. Remove from heat, spoon of peaches (you can eat them as a snack), and cool.
• A low ball glass, add some ice cubes, to shoot the Bourbons, a tablespoon of prune juice and some sliced peaches and Mint. Top with tonic water and stir and enjoy!
