MATERIAL:

Fruit:
• 5 cups fresh blueberries
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 2 tbsp finely grated lemon
• 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Sprinkle with flaky sea salt
Topping:
• 1 cup flour
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Sprinkle with flaky sea salt
• 3/4 cup chilled butter, cut into small pieces
• 3/4 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
To serve:
Your favorite ice cream
 
STEP:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Toss berries with sugar, lemon peel and lemon juice, corn and salt. In baking dish aovinbrov.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Use your fingertips to work the cold butter into the mixture until it begins to clump up into morsels. Add the chopped pistachios. Evenly distributed across crumb topping the grapes.
4. Crumble bread 30-35 minutes, until the fruit is tender and bubbly and the topping Golden and firm. Rest for 15 minutes, then enjoy many scoops of ice cream.
