MAC AND CHEESE SCOTCH EGG





MATERIAL:
• 1 cup small pasta
• 1.5 tbsp butter
• 2 tablespoons of flour
• 1 1/4 cups milk
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
A cup of grated cheese galrsberg
• 3 large eggs
• 1 cup flour
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• 1 cup panko
• Salt and freshly ground pepper
 
STEP:
1. Boil your pasta Al Dente so bin, according to package.
