HOW TO MAKE MAC AND CHEESE SCOTCH EGG
MAC AND CHEESE SCOTCH EGG
MATERIAL:
• 1 cup small pasta
• 1.5 tbsp butter
• 2 tablespoons of flour
• 1 1/4 cups milk
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• A cup of grated cheese galrsberg
• 3 large eggs
• 1 cup flour
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• 1 cup panko
• Salt and freshly ground pepper
STEP:

2. While the pasta is cooking, make a cheese sauce. In a large Saute pan or pot pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and stir constantly for about 3 minutes, until smooth and fully integrated. Pour in about half of the milk in a thin stream while whisking.

thick. Add the remaining milk and whisk until smooth. Keep on medium
heat, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes, until the sauce
thickens.
3. Remove the sauce from the heat and add salt and pepper and cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted. Add drained pasta and mix gently. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary. Spread out on a large plate to encourage cooling.
