Classic Chocolate Birthday Cake 

Cake
Material:
• 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
• 6 tablespoons firmly packed dark brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
• 1/2 large eggs (1 1/2 tablespoon)
• 1/2 large egg yolks (1/2 tablespoon)
• 6 tablespoons of milk
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup flour.
• 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt or table
Frosting
Material:
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
• 3/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1 ounce unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
Pinch of fine sea salt
• 1/2 tablespoon milk
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla


Step:
1. Preheat oven to 350 ° f line a pan 4 inches square with parchment paper, leaving the burden on both sides.
2. In a large bowl, beat butter until light and fluffy. Cream with Brown and white sugar. Add egg yolk and vanilla, mixing well. Add milk and mix.
