Beef sliders with Jalapeño sauce recipe Burger
Material:
• 1 pound ground Chuck
• Shredded cheese, if desired (~ 1/2-1 tablespoon 1 Patty)

Step:

Material:
• 1-2 jalapeños
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp tomato sauce
• 1 tbsp mustard
• 4 slices dill pickles, diced
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper
• Pinch cayenne pepper
STEP:
1. Start with the roasted jalapeños. You can either do them directly on
your gas Grill bars, or you can do it in your oven using the grill
function. If using a gas Grill, place the pepper directly on the grate
and turn the gas up to high and allow the skin and blister and turn
black. Use a pair of pliers to confront and char evenly. If you use the
oven, turn the oven Grill and put in the chili on the shelf closest to
the top of the oven. Keep and eye on them as they turn black and turn,
using forceps, as needed.
2. When everyone has skin charred jalapeños, place in a small bowl, cover
