HOW TO MAKE FENNEL PORK MEATBALL
Material:
• 1 liter minsid pork
• 2 tablespoons chopped flat leaf parsley is almost
• 3 tablespoons panko or breadcrumbs
• 1 egg
• 2 tsp fennel seeds
• 1/2 onion, cut into small pieces
• Salt and pepper
• Olive oil
Step:
1. In a small sauce pan, heat a splash of olive oil to a moderate
temperature. Add fennel seeds and onion and cook until the onion becomes
translucent and slightly built, about 6-8 minutes. Remove the onion and
fennel seeds, and set aside to cool.
2. Mixing bowl, combine ground pork chilled, parsley, panko, eggs, salt,
pepper, onion and fennel seeds. Mix meat well and shape size 1 inch
(about 1.5 to 2 tablespoons). Heat about a tablespoon of oil in a large
skillet to medium-high heat until hot weshimiri. Add the meat to the Pan, taking care not to aovirkrod.
Brown meat on all sides, turning as needed, about 4-5 minutes every 20
minutes. Check for doneness by cutting open one and ensure there are no
pink. Enjoy as an appetizer or serve hot with your favorite sauce and
pasta.
