Material:
• 1 liter minsid pork
• 2 tablespoons chopped flat leaf parsley is almost
• 3 tablespoons panko or breadcrumbs
• 1 egg
• 2 tsp fennel seeds
• 1/2 onion, cut into small pieces

Step:
