SUNDAY BRUNCH : BACON POTATO CHEESY SESAME BING BREAD

Material:
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 cup warm water (100 ° f)
• 1 1/8 teaspoon active dry yeast

• 2 cups all purpose flour, plus more for dusting
• 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil, divided
• 8 slices thick cut Bacon
