Peach Pistachio Galette
Material:
• 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon flour
• 1 teaspoon of sugar
• Pinch of salt
• 2 tablespoons of butter.
• 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
• 1 tablespoon water.
• 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios roughly
• 1 1/2 tsp sugar
• Pinch of salt and cinnamon and ginger
• 1/2 peaches, thinly sliced
Step:
1. Combine the flour, sugar and salt. Cut the butter into the flour
mixture using a fork until the butter is the size of small peas. Add
Apple Cider vinegar and water and knead slightly until it comes
together. A small disk shape, wrap in plastic wrap and rest in the
refrigerator for one hour.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the pistachios, sugar, salt, cinnamon and ginger.
3. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and up to 1/4 in thickness.
Spoon the peanut in the Center and arrange the warm peach service. Fold
in the edges of the dough and then refrigerate for 15 minutes.
4. While you're waiting, Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Enjoy warm with whipped cream.
