Pumpkin Chocolate Pancakes
Pancakes
Material:
• 1 cup flour
• 1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder
• 1 teaspoon of yeast
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/8 ground cloves
• Wild ginger 1/8
• 1 cup buttermilk, shaken
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
• 1/2 tbsp butter, melted and cooled slightly
• 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Maskirboni Frost
Material:
• 1 small tub maskirboni, at room temperature
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 cup whipping cream, whipped to soft peaks
STEP:
1. Before heat oven to 200 º p.
2. Sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, yeast, salt and spices.
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, butter and pumpkin puree.
3. Add ingredients wet dry ingredients and mix until just combined – blocks are fine.
4. Heat Nonstick Skillet on medium-low heat and brush with butter. Scoop the mixture using 2 tbsp. Top pancakes with the required amount of chocolate chips.
Cook until small bubbles form and reversible. Don't take the second
side-when Brown, remove and transfer finished pancakes on baking sheet
and place in oven to keep warm. Continued until the completion of the
bankaking and enjoy warm with butter and syrup or maskirboni frosting,
if desired.
5. To make frosting: fold maskirboni sugar until well blended. Fold the cream gently.
