TURKEY SHEPHERD'S PIE
Material:
• 3 large russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
• 3 tablespoons butter, or more to taste
• 1 cup milk or chicken broth, or more to taste
• Salt and pepper
• 1 onion, diced
• 1 tablespoon olive oil.
• 1 pound ground Turkey
• 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
• 1 cup frozen peas
• 1 can of corn
• 1 cup shredded cheese of your choice
Step:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees f.
2. Put potatoes, peeled and cut in a bowl and cover with water. Bring
water to boil in a high temperature and then turn down to simmer. Boil
potatoes until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.

While she cooked potatoes, heat the oil on medium heat in a large
skillet or Grill. When the oil is hot, add the onion cubes and brown
slightly, 2 minutes or so. Add carrots and cook until slightly tender,
2-3 minutes. Add ground Turkey and Cook, breaking up the Turkey into

5. Top meat mixture with mashed potatoes and sprinkle with shredded
cheese. Bake until golden, about 30 minutes. You may wish to interrogate
the pie for the last 5 minutes if you really like the crispy potato
crust, cheesy. Enjoy hot!
