TURKEY SHEPHERD'S PIE
 
Material:
• 3 large russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
• 3 tablespoons butter, or more to taste
• 1 cup milk or chicken broth, or more to taste
• Salt and pepper
• 1 onion, diced
• 1 tablespoon olive oil.
• 1 pound ground Turkey
• 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
• 1 cup frozen peas
• 1 can of corn
• 1 cup shredded cheese of your choice
 
Step:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees f.
2. Put potatoes, peeled and cut in a bowl and cover with water. Bring water to boil in a high temperature and then turn down to simmer. Boil potatoes until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
3. While she cooked potatoes, heat the oil on medium heat in a large skillet or Grill. When the oil is hot, add the onion cubes and brown slightly, 2 minutes or so.
