Roast chicken with Dijon
 
Material:
• 4 chicken thighs
• 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
• 2 small onions, sliced
• 1/3 cup dry white wine
• 1/3 cup chicken broth sodium-free
• 2 tablespoons of heavy cream
• 2 tablespoons smooth Dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon minced green onion
 
Step:
1. Preheat oven to 450 ° f with rack in middle. Pat chicken dry and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
