HOW TO MAKE OVEN ROASTED BRUSSEL SPROUTS WITH FISH SAUCE
Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Fish Sauce
Material:
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 red chili birds eye
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• Lemon juice 1/4
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 tbsp fish sauce
• Brussels sprouts 1 lb
• 2 onions, peeled and quartered
• 2 tbsp of olive oil
• Salt and pepper
Step:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Crush the garlic, chili and sugar together in a mortar. Transfer into a
liquid measuring cup, dissolve the sugar mixture, garlic and chili
peppers with water. Add lemon juice and fish sauce. Set aside.
3. Trim the ends of the sprouts and remove any loose or discolored outer leaves. Sprouts cut in half.
Toss the Onion Sprouts cut sheltered with oil and salt and pepper.
Resistive oven dish and place roast, stirring every so often, until deep
red, 35-40 minutes.
4. Remove from oven, toss with fish sauce, vinegar and enjoy immediately.
