• 250 g bread flour
• 30 GR sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 large eggs, lightly beaten
• 25 g butter, at room temperature
• 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
Red gel food coloring
To finish:
• Edible marker, or melted chocolate
Orange candy melts
• Pastry for centuries.

Notes: he found that cocoa really add a lot of difference in color or flavor, so if you want to skip out on that step, I would recommend it!

Step:
1. I often find myself scaling recipes and having things call for large eggs 1/2. They usually fail whole eggs in a small bowl, then measure 1 1/2 tablespoons of scrambled eggs.
2. Sprinkle the yeast in the warm water. Let the evidence.
3. In the bowl of your mixer, stir together the flour, sugar and salt.
4. Whisk the egg into the yeast mixture, then add to the dry ingredients. Use a wooden spoon to mix until ball and switch to the dough hook and knead until the dough pulls away cleanly from sides.
5. Add the butter room temperature and continue to knead, about 10 minutes, until dough weindobani – take a piece of dough the size of a golf ball and stretch between your fingers and thumb. If you can stretch without breaking the dough, you're fine.
6. Take a small amount of dough, about the size of a golf ball. On the one hand, rubbing the red coloring has food in it. Wrap and put it aside.
7. Divide the remaining dough into two equal. Knead the dough 1/2 with cocoa, using the dough hook, until completely incorporated. When you have included, place it in a clean Bowl, cover with plastic wrap. Over the remaining dough in a clean Bowl covered with plastic wrap. Put everything in a warm spot and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
8. Take the dough and hint at the surface, Lourdes. Punch down slightly and then divide each ball of dough into 8 equal parts, so that you have 8 white balls and balls 8 Brown. If you want to be accurate, and use your kitchen scale to see how much it weighs your dough, then divide by 8.
9. Put the dough divider and the edges toward the Center and tucking in the balls. Lightly grease Cake Pan 16 rotation. There will be a space between the cookies, don't worry, I'll rise. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
10. When cupcakes buffer while they were touching each other, divide the dough into 8 pieces and shape into their noses. Put the buns, cover and continue to allow to proof for about 30 minutes.
11. Preheat oven to 356 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Check in 10 minutes, and if it is getting too brown bread on top, cover with a sheet of tin foil. Allow to cool completely, then draw or pipe in eyes. Pipe in carrot noses on ice. Incorporate desserts like horns on reindeer. Enjoy!
