HOW TO MAKE BOURBON PEACH FRENCH TOAST
Bourbon Peach French Toast
Material:
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 4 thick slices of bread a day old (French, KAHLA work well)
• Peanut butter
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons white sugar
• 1/4 cup Bourbon
• 1/2 cup water
• 2 ripe peaches, sliced, or more if you like peaches
Step:

Beat eggs, milk and cinnamon together in a shallow Bowl. Dip slices of
bread in the egg mixture, allowing the bread to soak up the eggy
goodness. Melt butter in large skillet on medium-high and medium
temperature. Add the soaked bread slices and FRY until golden brown on
both sides, flipping once.

While your toast is getting the gold, make your peach Bourbon. In a
small saucepan, combine the sugar and Bourbon and water boil at high
temperature. Turn the heat to medium-low and add the plums and let
bubble gently reduction syrup until syrup like consistency, about 5-6
minutes. Keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn!
3. Top your French toast with Bourbon peach and enjoy!
